One coach beats two minibuses on almost every measure at this size — one driver, one vehicle to track, one arrival time, and a lower cost per seat. The exception is access: a 45-foot coach cannot reach every venue, so tell us the pickup and drop addresses when you book and we will flag any problem before the day.

The cost of being one seat short on the day is much higher than the cost of booking one size up. Orlando peak weeks — spring break, major convention weeks, the winter holidays — sell out of available vehicles, and a late upgrade may simply not be available at any price.

A full-size motorcoach is around 45 feet long and needs room to approach, stop and turn. Most hotels, theme parks, convention venues and cruise terminals in the Orlando area are built for them — but some residential streets, older venue driveways and smaller properties are not.
